これは当たり前と思いますが、普通授業中でしゃべったりしません、しゃべっていて先生に怒られたらしゃべらないというところが大半だと思います。でもそこでまだしゃるやばいやつがいます。それが何人かとなると学級崩壊している可能性があります。

I think this is common sense, but I think most students don t talk in class, and if they talk and get yelled at by the teacher, they don t talk. But there are still some dangerous people out there. If that s the number of students, there is a possibility that the class will collapse.

皆さんがよく通ってる”学校”ではそのことはないと思います。ですが学級崩壊をしているとそのことが普通にあります（１学期に２、３回ぐらいか）　

I don t think that s the case at the schools you often attend. However, this often happens when the class is disrupted (about 2 or 3 times a semester).
